Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced State Head to lead our field retail sales operations across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing large on-ground sales teams, overseeing state-wide operations, and driving high-performance retail execution within the Telecom and Fintech sector. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to scale teams while delivering consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage state-level field retail sales operations
• Drive and monitor sales performance across large on-ground teams
• Implement growth strategies to expand retail reach and improve productivity
• ️ Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance norms, and quality standards
• Conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and drive actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution
• Oversee training, capability-building, and performance management initiatives
