Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The associate will be responsible for managing client requirements, from servicing creative to social media requirements, managing social media pages, client accounts, developing strategic plans for clients, making strategies and PPT's, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management.

Your Role in Shaping Success

  • Lead Client Strategy : Own brand strategies and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Inspire Innovation : Build strategies that elevate clients’ digital, social or other media footprints by keeping pace with industry trends and technology.
  • Set Benchmarks for Growth : Define and track KPIs while exceeding revenue goals with measurable results.
  • Be the Catalyst for Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring every project reflects quality and innovation.
  • Solve Creatively : Use a solution-driven mindset to navigate challenges and foster meaningful connections with clients.
  • Manage Social Media Handles for Clients including creating calendars, presentations, reports and insights, tracking posts, ideating strategies for posting and brand strategy on social media
  • Client Servicing : Understanding client requirements. Liasoning with the client on various requirements and keeping a tab on all the current tasks. Maintaining Task Sheets. Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and problem solving. Being able to engage client and take the journey of building the brand with them.

What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of social media marketing trends and digital technology.
