Founder’s Office – Business Growth & Client Success

Location : Juhu, Mumbai (In-person)

Experience : 2–3 years

Salary : Rs.8,00,000 - Rs.12,00,000 PA

The Founder’s Office is at the heart of Defyn — managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end. This is not a routine 9–5. It’s an accelerated role for someone hungry to learn, grow, and be part of building something that has never existed before.

What You’ll Do :

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey.
  • Marketing & Client Servicing
  • Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track marketing performance and customer insights.
  • Founder’s Office Execution
  • Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients / prospects.
  • Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of special projects that drive growth.

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing / business development / client servicing (agency background preferred) .
  • Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.
  • Smart, quick learner, high on energy, able to handle multiple things at once.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
  • Someone who thrives on responsibility and is not afraid to get hands dirty.
