🔍 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced US Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and automotive industry recruitment to join our onsite team in Noida .

You’ll play a key role in supporting leading US automotive clients — including General Motors (GM) , Toyota , and top Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers — by finding and placing top engineering and manufacturing talent across the country.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end W2 recruitment for US-based automotive roles for MSP / VMS Clients.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Hire for positions like Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, Quality Engineers, Plant Managers , etc.
• Partner closely with US account teams to meet client hiring needs and deadlines.
• Maintain 100% compliance with US hiring and documentation standards.
• Build a robust W2 candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
