What You'll Do
- Responsible for end-to-end planning, implementation, and coordination of the bi-annual CD process for SA cohort
- Be the single POC for all stakeholders, for SA cohort
- Raise, monitor, and ensure closure of case evaluations for the consulting cohorts as per CDC norms
- Allocate advisors in a timely manner
- Support in performing regular check-ins to ensure CD Advisors and advisee's have regular interaction
- Maintain and update CDC database for the consulting cohort employees
- Assist in scheduling and planning CDC meetings
- Assist in preparation of appropriate documentation for the CDC meeting as required
- Follow-up and close training and staffing flags raised in the CDC Meeting
- Co-ordinate and support implementation of CDC cohort meets, and dinners as required
- Support the HR team in undertaking special projects for introducing process improvements within CDC process
- Provide implementation support to ensure standardization and implementation of global practices within the India Office
- Assist in execution of global mobility programs as per BCG process
- Support in conducting Cohort wide communication activities and events
- Responsible for handling mobility, Liaoning with various regions and also other HR initiatives
