HR Role :
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions on recruitment portals and managing the recruitment process.
- Screening of Resumes, initiating 1st round of Interview & lining up of interviews for 2 round.
- Maintaining database of resumes.
- Providing Job Offer letters to selected candidates & completing joining formalities.
- Giving induction program to new employees and orientating them with the company policies & procedures.
- Handholding new employees, making them comfortable and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Admin Role :
Manage office supplies stock and place ordersPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgetsArrange travel and accommodationsSchedule & make arrangement for in-house and external eventsManage house-keeping activities and ensure clean & hygienic workplace.FUNCTIONAL AREA
