Operations :
Manage order processing, returns, and inventory updates across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Collaborate with warehouse teams and suppliers for stock planning and dispatch
Customer Service :
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across channels (email, chat, social media, phone)
Provide timely resolutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback
Support with post-sales services such as returns, refunds, and product exchanges
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flip kart Seller Hub, etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
