Job Description :

The E-commerce Operations Specialist plays a vital role in the Medline Home Care team, bringing enthusiasm and strong attention to detail. Medline Home Care delivers comprehensive e-commerce solutions to healthcare providers, insurance companies, home medical equipment retailers, and other strategic digital distribution partners.

This role, reporting to the Manager of E-commerce Operations, is essential for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of product and customer data across our e-commerce platforms. The individual will be responsible for managing key data sets such as pricing, inventory, product details, and digital assets—directly influencing the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management tools, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality online experience for our B2B customers.
