Floor Incharge,E-commerce Executive

Job descriptionLead and motivate floor staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance reviews to maintain high service standards. Monitor stock levels on the floor, coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment, and ensure proper display of products. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. Track daily sales performance, support sales initiatives, and help achieve monthly targets. Ensure the floor complies with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain records related to floor operations, staff attendance, and sales data. Prepare reports for management. Graduate or equivalent qualification. 3 to 7 years of experience in retail or floor management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently.
