Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lobby Ambassador located in Mumbai. The Lobby Ambassador will act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, and ensuring the lobby area is always clean and presentable. Additionally, the Lobby Ambassador will monitor security protocols within the lobby while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, customer service, and hospitality skills
• Organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with visitor management systems
• Professional appearance and the ability to maintain a welcoming demeanor
• Prior experience in facility management, reception, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries or complaints effectively
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
