1. HR Executive / Sr Executive – Recruitment & Engagement (1 Position)

Focus Areas : Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & HR Branding

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft creative job posts, catchy invites, and HR communication material.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment : screening, coordination, preliminary HR rounds.
• Support onboarding & induction programmes for new hires.
• Assist in appraisals : documentation, scheduling, and communication.
• Drive employee engagement & well-being activities across the year.
• Maintain recruitment & engagement data for audits (NAAC / NIRF / UGC).

Skills You Bring :

Who Can Apply :

BBA / MBA (HR) with 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment / engagement. Freshers with strong internships are welcome.

2. HR Executive / Sr Executive – Payroll, Operations & Compliance (1 Position)

Focus Areas : Payroll, Leave Management, Employee Records & Compliance

BBA / MBA (HR) / BCom with 1–5 years’ experience in payroll / operations.

3. HR Associate – Entry Level (1 Position)

Focus Areas : Engagement, Hospitality & Documentation Support
