Tendering Manager

The TEEMS INDIA TOWERLINES PRIVATE LIMITED, is an ISO 9001 : 2015, 14001 : 2015 & OHSAS 45001 : 2018 having rich experience  in  carrying  out High voltage  Transmission Lines, Construction / Installation of substation up to 4000 KV in India, Middle East and Africa ( www.teemsindia.com )

Purpose of the job : Identify the leads for transmission line project primarily in India and achieve the contract by preparing and participating in a competitive tendering / bidding.

Broad Role & Responsibility  :

1.  Closely watch for the new transmission line / sub-station projects coming up in the country / abroad.

2.  Identify the appropriate project suiting our capabilities

3. Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, and preparing synopsis

4.  Getting through the contract terms and conditions

5.  Seeking Clarifications from Clients

6.  Pre-tender site visit arrangements and getting key input for tender Estimation

7.  Collection of Sub Vendor Offers, Analysis & Price Comparison, Update the costing works

8.  Submission of Tender in online portal

9.  Post bid clarification & resolving the client queries in Technical Evaluation & Ensure Price Bid Opening.

10. Participate in E-Reverse Auction & related arrangements

11. Submission and return EMD Bank Guarantee follow up with clients.

12. Maintaining Order book for the company.

Essential Knowledge :

Working knowledge of tendering in Transmission lines.
