Role Overview :

We are seeking a BTP Functional Lead to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) implementations, integrations, and functional enhancements that align with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, leading functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless deployment of SAP BTP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the functional lead for SAP BTP-related projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and design scalable BTP solutions.
  • Lead functional design, configuration, and testing for BTP applications and services.
  • Integrate SAP BTP with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth interoperability.
  • Provide expertise on SAP Cloud Platform, APIs, extensions, and workflow management.
  • Develop technical documentation including functional specs, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with Lincoln Electrics IT and security policies during solution delivery.
  • Support change management and user adoption through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business operations, and external vendors) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for BTP solutions.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 8 -12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in SAP BTP (or SAP Cloud Platform) functional leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Workflow, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SAP S / 4HANA and its integration with BTP.
  • Proven experience in solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation of SAP BTP projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
