Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with key clients, government bodies and private players. Engage with policymakers and financial institutions to stay informed on policy and funding. Represent the company in client meetings, presenting proposals and handling negotiations. Lead and mentor the tendering team to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions. Collaborate with internal departments and raise client concerns for resolution. Improve project qualifications and positioning for future bids. Standardize tools and templates to streamline proposal preparation. Conduct post-bid reviews to improve strategy and execution in future tenders. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or masters degree in project management / business development is preferred.

- Develop competitive bidding strategies balancing cost, risk, and quality.
- Lead pre-bid planning, pricing decisions, and risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and policy shifts.
- Negotiate contract terms and convert bids into project awards.
