What You’ll Do :

🔹 Lead end-to-end hiring for leadership and critical roles

🔹 Design & execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies

🔹 Partner with business leaders on workforce planning & succession management

🔹 Build strong pipelines and elevate employer branding

🔹 Mentor and manage a team of recruiters for performance excellence

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Proven experience in leadership & strategic hiring

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Expertise in sourcing, ATS tools & market intelligence

✅ Ability to align hiring goals with business strategy

✅ MBA in HR preferred; multi-location hiring exposure is a plus
