Overview of the Role :
The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President – Digital Marketing and will help develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive TresVista's demand generation, achieve revenue targets, brand awareness, lead generation, and overall market presence. This role involves conducting market research, designing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various departments and functions within the Marketing Business Unit to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The individual will lead initiatives to strengthen TresVista’s value proposition across identified sectors. They will develop competency statements aimed at specific target market personas.
Key Role Deliverables :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. The ultimate objective is to develop strategies and marketing campaigns that would generate qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising
- Collaborate with the Sales and Client Growth Teams (CGTs) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, and email newsletters
- Analyze and report the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including CRM, email marketing, SEO, and PPCProficiency in the latest tools and current and emerging technologies in digital marketingExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skillsExperience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirableExperience :
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially lead generation, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to meet revenue targets
Education :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related fieldAn MBA or equivalent is preferredCompensation :
