DViO Digital is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager -Media and Performance Marketing to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more to achieve objectives like brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

• Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query) to analyze campaign performance and create dynamic reports.
• Track, reconcile, and optimize daily / weekly / monthly ad budgets.
• Present insights and reports to stakeholders, explaining performance trends and ROI.
• Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates).
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry Familiarity with Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple campaigns.
