Location : Pune

Experience : 2–5 years (preferably with a background in digital / influencer marketing)

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help drive new business, unlock revenue opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships with brands and agencies. You’ll be at the heart of NexGen’s growth, working directly with decision-makers, creators, and content teams to develop and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Business Development :

  • Identify new potential clients (agencies, direct-to-brand, etc.) and actively pitch NexGen’s influencer marketing services.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of business to meet monthly / quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches.
  • Drive proactive outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.

Partnership Execution & Strategy :

  • Work with internal teams to develop customized influencer marketing strategies for brands.
  • Lead partnership activations and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly with maximum impact.
  • Upsell and retain clients by consistently delivering value and identifying new opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closure :

  • Negotiate campaign terms, deliverables, and budgets aligned with client goals and NexGen's capabilities.
  • Oversee contracts and close deals efficiently and on time.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients and ensure consistent communication.
  • Encourage client renewals and long-term collaboration.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Ad Sales or Influencer Marketing.
  • Proven track record in closing brand partnerships or media deals.
  • Strong understanding of influencer / content-driven campaigns and social media trends.
  • Existing network within the advertising, marketing, or brand ecosystem is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the creator economy.
