In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
For leading and driving sales in South India region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Kerala) and Sri Lanka within the Food and Beverages industry. As a sole contributor, the candidate will be the key contact for clients, responsible to develop strategy, tactical plan and coordination with the support team in order to meet budget and goals of the company.
The position will be located in Bangalore.
The essential requirements of the job include :
Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, Pricing and margin projections
Lead Formulation and Execution of Sales Strategy
Create and Deploy New Product and Application Sales Tools, Including Success Stories, Customer Presentations, Installation Lists, ROI Calculations and Sample Proposals
Monitor Competitive Activity at Existing Customer
Create and Maintain Customer Profile and SWOT for Assigned Accounts Including Sales Potential, Operating Structure, Sites, Contacts, and Other Information as Needed
Identify new opportunities in existing accounts & focused / new markets
Build relationship with all key stakeholders to make Pall a consultant for any filtration need
Qualifications :
B.E / B.Tech (Food Science or Mechanical or equivalent)
MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum 8-10 years minimum relevant experience, preferably from a F&B industry
Experience of selling systems
Experience eor Exposure with Projects
Experience in Sales of specialty chemicals / consumables or other equipment’s
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements :
Ability to travel – 80 % travelling
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
