We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in IT Sales to lead and guide our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive IT service and product sales across global markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end client acquisition.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial / team lead role.Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and global sales processes.Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.Based in Nagpur and open to working in US shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST).What We Offer :
