CX / Product Leader | Hyderabad
We're hiring for a fast-growing AI startup founded by IIT / IIM / Google alumni and backed by leading global investors. This company works with some of the world’s most advanced AI frontier labs and is now looking for a CX / Product Leader to build and scale their freelancer engagement ecosystem.
The Opportunity
This is a mission-critical leadership role where you’ll act as the “CEO of freelancers” within the company. You’ll be responsible for building processes, playbooks, and platforms from scratch that freelancers love – driving adoption, retention, and engagement at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the freelancer lifecycle : onboarding → engagement → retention.
- Combine product strategy + operational execution .
- Manage P&L, growth bottlenecks, and overall freelancer experience.
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team.
- Use data and feedback to drive decisions and fast iterations.
