About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive product development from zero to one. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software architecture, full-stack engineering, and rapid, time-boxed delivery cycles.

This role blends product leadership with technical depth, making it perfect for someone who has grown from an engineering background into product thinking and enjoys being in the trenches—from architectural decisions to release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end product delivery, from early ideation to rollout (especially in 0–1 product environments).
• Translate business goals into actionable, technically sound product roadmaps.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern architectural patterns (hexagonal / clean architecture, DDD, microservices).
• Work closely with engineering teams across Python, React, React Native, and Docker-based environments.
• Drive a lean, iterative development process with measurable outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Oversee deployment and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Maintain high standards of quality through CI / CD, DevOps, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
