About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to own and optimize our acquisition and conversion funnels. You’ll plan and run campaigns across multiple channels, test bold ideas, and use data to drive decisions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategy with execution, perfect for a marketer ready to step up and lead growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, partnerships, content).
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels, from first touch to conversion.
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and reporting for marketing campaigns.
- Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design to align messaging and drive pipeline growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools and channels for growth.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketingProven track record running successful paid or organic campaigns.Strong grasp of funnel metrics and campaign analytics.Experience with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, etc.).Comfortable analyzing data in spreadsheets; bonus if you’ve worked with SQL or BI tools.Excellent communication and project management skills.Growth mindset : you test, measure, and iterate quickly.Bonus Points for :
