Marketing Associate – Pharma

About Us :

We are a growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to innovation and expanding our global presence. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Associate with a background in pharmacy who can support our marketing and business development activities through professional networking platforms and marketing tools.

Role Overview :

The Marketing Associate will work onsite with our marketing team to assist in lead generation, data management, and online presence. The role involves using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with relevant professionals and updating HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate and timely tracking of leads and interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily marketing activities under the guidance of the marketing team.

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

Support in HubSpot CRM updates, including lead entries, contact management, and activity tracking.

Maintain organized records of connections, leads, and interactions.

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for lead generation activities.

Research pharma market trends and potential connections through LinkedIn and other tools.

Contribute to team discussions with fresh ideas for marketing and outreach.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, and digital tools.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot is a plus (training will be provided if required).

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
