We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Manager – Mobile Ad Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing mobile ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless delivery and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, monitor, and optimize mobile advertising campaigns on platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.
- Manage daily ad operations including tracking URLs, creative testing, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Coordinate with publishers / affiliates and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROI, retention, etc.) and ensure performance targets are met.
- Generate and analyze daily / weekly reports to provide actionable optimization insights.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation (setup, targeting, performance logs).
- Assist in managing SDK integrations and postback setups between advertiser and publisher tracking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2–4 years of experience in mobile ad operations, digital marketing, or affiliate campaign management.Strong understanding of mobile tracking platforms (Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust).Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Trackier, Affise, Everflow, etc.).Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Good to Have
Experience handling CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPM-based campaigns.Familiarity with attribution models and fraud detection tools.Basic understanding of programmatic and RTB platforms.What We Offer
