Site Supervisor oversees a construction site from beginning to end, managing workers and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards, while strictly adhering to safety regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising daily site operations, monitoring progress and quality, preparing progress reports, coordinating with stakeholders, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving issues that arise on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight : Manage and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently and according to project plans and specifications.

Team Management : Supervise, train, and evaluate construction workers and subcontractors, assigning duties and managing schedules to meet project deadlines.

Safety and Compliance : Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Quality Control : Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to blueprints and technical drawings.

Communication : Facilitate communication between the site team, senior management, clients, architects, and engineers, and prepare reports on project progress.

Resource Management : Coordinate with suppliers, monitor the delivery of materials, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact project timelines, quality, or safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Leadership and Communication : Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills are essential.
