Role Overview :

Are you passionate about social impact and adept at navigating CSR and Government ecosystems ? Karadi Path Education Company is looking for a dynamic and enterprising professional to lead and scale our CSR & Government project partnerships across India.

Position : Manager / Senior Manager – Fund Raising and Partnerships (B2B Social Impact Programmes)

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8–10 years in CSR / Government projects)

CTC : Negotiable and aligned with the candidate’s skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive fund raising through CSR and Government initiatives.
Build strategic relationships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, and

Consultants.

Lead proposal writing (must-have), project budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Explore new funding opportunities through events, networks, and digital platforms.

Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with data analysis.

Travel extensively across urban and rural India.

Requirements :

MBA / Postgraduate in Rural Management, CSR, or related fields.

Strong experience in CSR / Government programs and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficient in MS Office and data management tools

High ownership, multitasking ability, and proactive reporting skills
