About the Role
We are seeking a
Customer Service Executive
who is proactive, empathetic, and highly organized. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — ensuring every customer receives a seamless and satisfying experience through timely communication, issue resolution, and professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Handle client queries efficiently via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Conduct site visits as required to provide personalized support and resolve issues.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing and resolving complaints effectively.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Data & Process Management
Maintain detailed records of all client communications, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare regular reports and insights on customer service performance and feedback.
Collaboration & Coordination
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Partner with sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improving service quality and customer experience.
Contribute ideas and strategies to strengthen client management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer service, client management, or a related domain (insurance industry experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and common customer service tools / software.
Problem-solving mindset with a
customer-first attitude
Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
