About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic
Telecaller
to join our
Customer Relationship Team . You’ll play a key role in
connecting with potential customers , explaining Aerem’s solar solutions, and helping businesses and homeowners take their first step toward clean energy.
If you’re fluent in Hindi and English, love talking to people, and want to be part of India’s booming

What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and businesses to introduce Aerem’s solar solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through structured outreach and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and explain how Aerem’s solar offerings can help reduce electricity costs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships and ensure a professional, positive brand experience on every call.
What We’re Looking For
Education :
Graduate (any discipline) - strong communication skills matter most!
Languages : Fluency in
Hindi and English
(both spoken and written) is a must.
Experience :
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or inside sales experience is a plus.
Excellent listening, persuasion, and people skills.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for
clean energy and sustainability .
