Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls / chat / email.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
Drive sales through consultative conversations and upselling / cross-selling where applicable.
Meet performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.).
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Graduation is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
1 year Customer Service / Sales Exp. : ₹33,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
1 year Core Sales Exp. : ₹39,500 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI
