Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients. Understand clients’ investment goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to provide tailored trading solutions. Handle client queries regarding portfolio performance, account statements, and trading strategies. Provide market insights, investment opportunities, and trading strategies to clients. Recommend suitable financial products and portfolio adjustments based on market conditions. Assist clients in managing risk through diversification and hedging strategies. Achieve individual and branch-level revenue targets through brokerage and advisory services. Cross-sell and upsell allied products such as mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments. Ensure all trades comply with SEBI, NSE / BSE, and other regulatory norms. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and trade orders for audit purposes. Monitor client trading behavior to mitigate risks such as margin shortfalls and speculative trading. Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and corporate actions impacting equities. Analyze and share actionable insights with clients. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification. 1–4 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role. Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Proactive in identifying client needs and market opportunities. Strong knowledge of equity markets and trading platforms (NSE NOW, ODIN, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trading tools. Ability to interpret and analyze market trends and financial data.
