Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage a high-performing team of 3–4 Sales Managers and 20–25 Sales Officers.
- Business Development : Drive sales for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the assigned region.
- Target Achievement : Ensure achievement of monthly and annual disbursement and acquisition targets.
- Market Penetration : Deep understanding of the Delhi market to identify business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Channel Management : Build and manage a strong DSA and connector network; maintain healthy relationships with builders and local market influencers.
- Compliance & Process : Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and all statutory requirements.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding performance, challenges, and market feedback.
- Training & Development : Coach and guide the team to improve productivity, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 6 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales .Minimum 3 years of experience in team management , preferably in affordable housing finance.Strong networking and market knowledge of Delhi and nearby locations.Experience in managing affordable home loan segments will be a plus.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Stable career background with proven track record in sales and team handling.Skills Required
