Job Title : B2B Sales and Business Development Manager
Overview :
Sales and Business Development Manager to manage and grow our B2B client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, sharing product information, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating sample dispatches, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly and professionally to B2B customer queries.
- Share detailed product catalogs and guide clients in selecting suitable options.
- Prepare accurate quotations and costings aligned with pricing policies.
- Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of product samples.
- Maintain consistent and effective follow-ups to close sales and achieve targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely delivery.
- Take ownership of the sales process end-to-end and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements :
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales support or customer handling.Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent negotiation capabilities.Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.Leadership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of responsibilities.Skills Required
