Roles and Responsibilities : -
- Managed complete internal recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, short-listing profiles, scheduling interviews, follow ups and HR interviews.
- Creating Job description, knowledge of using job portals.
- Salary negotiation, on boarding process of right candidate.
- Generate Offer letter, Appointment letter and ID cards.
- Maintain employee database with complete personal profile details.
- Coordination and Execution of employee boarding including induction of employee.
- Maintaining database records, necessary documents / certificates of all the employee, administering and maintaining employee data with respect to their hire, confirmation, promotion & termination.
- Issue Relieving letter, Experience letter and final settlement to the employee
