About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for Asoka-T , our heritage personal care brand. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven thinking with a deep understanding of consumers to strengthen brand visibility, market share, and emotional connection with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Drive 360° marketing activities across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, competition, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage product launches, packaging innovation, and promotional events.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI and brand impact.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3–6 years of experience in FMCG brand management (personal care preferred).Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.Creative mindset with attention to detail and consumer behaviour.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and brand analytics tools.Why Join Us
