Ezproc - Category Manager

Role Overview :

We're looking for a Category Manager - Housekeeping Category to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor relationships, pricing, and supply chain efficiency for housekeeping consumables. This role is crucial in ensuring timely availability, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness of housekeeping resources like manpower, chemicals, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and procure housekeeping materials, consumables, and equipment
• Build strong vendor networks and maintain supplier relationships
• Analyze demand trends to forecast and plan procurement
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
• Onboard vendors based on capability, pricing, and quality
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies across all operational sites
• Track category spend, savings, and performance metrics
• Stay updated on market trends and cost dynamics

Key Requirements :

Education : Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or a Diploma in Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Experience : 3-5 years in procurement, category management, or operations in housekeeping / facility management
