Regional Development Manager - CSR & Fundraising

Summary

The role involves driving collaboration and fundraising efforts to support the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Programme by engaging with corporates, PSUs, and foundations.

Job location

Requirements at Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR funding strategies tailored to corporates, PSUs and foundations to achieve target set forth
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities by building a strong pipeline of leads PAN India
• Drafting grant applications, MoUs and fundraising proposals
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors, ensure regular updates and impact reports
• Organize donor visits, events, and engagement activities to enhance visibility of the Trust
• Represent the organization at CSR forums, networking events, and industry platforms across India to foster networking

Qualifications required

Education : Bachelor's degree. (Postgraduate degree is an added advantage)

Work Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience in fundraising in social / CSR sector

Salary

Fixed Salary : 50,000 1,00,000 per month

Variable Component : Target-based incentive
