The role is multifaceted and crucial for the success of the institution, with a special focus on managing a girls' residential school .

1. Administrative Responsibilities

School Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Policy Implementation : Implement and enforce all school policies, especially those specific to the residential aspect of the school.

Budget Management : Prepare and manage the school budget, ensuring proper resource allocation.

Staff Supervision : Hire, train, and supervise all staff, ensuring they are motivated and effective.
