Job descriptionLead the end-to-end development of the mobile app, including UI / UX, backend architecture, and integrations. Implement AI-driven product recommendations and search optimization for an enhanced user experience. Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation in the e-commerce space. Oversee the creation, organization, and optimization of the product catalog for building materials. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Implement automated catalog updates and data-driven insights for better customer engagement. Optimize the mobile app for seamless transactions, payment gateways, and order tracking. Enhance customer engagement through personalized recommendations and loyalty programs. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive conversion rates and revenue growth. Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and product managers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) with regular updates on tech initiatives.

Job Summary :
The Head –IT will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, development, and execution of the company's e-commerce mobile application for building materials retail sales. This role requires deep expertise in software development, product catalog management, and e-commerce technologies to ensure a seamless customer experience and business growth.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the mobile app and related digital platforms.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the e-commerce platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, Swift, Python, React Native).

Experience in product catalog structuring, inventory management, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead tech teams and drive digital transformation.
