Job descriptionCollect analyze and interpret program data to accurately measure learning outcomes and identify gaps in implementation. Generate comprehensive reports for both internal learning and external communication purposes (e.g. donor reporting). Assist in the planning and delivery of teacher training sessions focused on pedagogy classroom management and effective assessment strategies. Facilitate peer learning forums and reflective practice workshops for educators. Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Development Studies Social Sciences or a related field. Experience : 2-4 years of teaching experience is required preferably in alternative or innovative pedagogy environments. Experience in curriculum design teacher training or educational program management is a plus. Strong understanding of progressive teaching-learning methods and experiential learning principles. Excellent facilitation mentoring and communication skills . Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and interpret data for decision-making. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Fluency in English; a working knowledge of Bengali is desirable .

Key Responsibilities :
1. Curriculum Design and Development
- Develop teaching-learning materials and practices based on field realities and the principle of integrating local community practices (e.g. weaving agriculture traditional crafts) into the mainstream curriculum.
- Conduct independent observations of classrooms and trainings to ensure the effective implementation of program content.
