Job description

Role Overview

The AVP – Marketing will head the marketing function end-to-end, overseeing performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, creative design, video production, LinkedIn & social media marketing, corporate branding, and workshops. This role is both strategic and execution-driven, requiring a leader who can craft vision, lead teams, and deliver measurable business results.

You will manage a 15-member high-performing team and be responsible for developing and implementing brand-building, digital growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Define and execute a holistic marketing roadmap aligned with Fincart’s business and growth objectives
  • Position Fincart as a thought leader in financial planning, wealth management, and digital advisory services
  • Drive brand storytelling, PR, corporate communications, and high-impact campaigns to build trust and credibility
  • Represent marketing in leadership forums and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives
  • Build strategic alliances with industry partners, influencers, and ecosystem enablers

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead ROI-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp
  • Build and own integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, and influencer collaborations
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and personalization to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversions
  • Continuously monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum business impact.
  • Content, Creative & Communication

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, social, video, email, webinars, financial literacy material) to drive engagement
  • Manage in-house and outsourced design / video resources to deliver impactful creatives aligned with the brand identity
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Customer Acquisition, Engagement & Retention

  • Drive customer-centric campaigns that enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Launch financial literacy initiatives, workshops, and knowledge sessions to engage corporates, partners, and customers
  • Segment audiences effectively, using analytics and insights to personalize campaigns and optimize experiences
  • Market Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer behavior analysis
  • Translate data into actionable insights, presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership
  • Implement advanced analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI
  • Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a 15-member marketing team (performance, content, SEO, design, video, social media)
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture with creativity and innovation at its core
  • Manage external agencies, media, and strategic partnerships to scale impact
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or a related field
  • 10–15 years of marketing experience, preferably in BFSI, wealth management, fintech, or consumer tech
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO / SEM, content strategy, and digital brand building
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of content creation, graphic design, and video marketing workflows
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling marketing teams (10+ members)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
