The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi s hiring needs. They will need to effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters. This role will be responsible to source for Asia Region covering India, SEA, ANZ spanning across countries in managing the volume hiring needs. Across 2023 / 2024 or last few years average the consolidated hiring volumes in the region have been 1000+. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience
Main responsibilities :
- Builds talent pipelines aligned to desired technical and specialised skills through proactively identifying target candidates through various channels (social media, professional networks etc)
- Source for Key roles across the identified region - consistently maintain a healthy pipeline
- Create and craft engaging recruitment emails for prospect candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and support in sourcing external candidates, building talent pools accordingly
- Maintains and engages with a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles through various channels
- Supports the Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels
- Provides guidance and acts as a first point of contact for hiring managers / recruiters when engaging with prospect candidates.

5+ Years of Exceptional record of sourcing for pharma profilesAbility to scan the market to identify key profilesAbility to engage with talent and keep them warmExperience working with a Global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.Soft and technical skills :
