Sales Target Achievement :
Achieve and exceed sales targets for power tools within the assigned territory.
Dealer Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Turnover and Profit Management :
Manage turnover and profit within the territory, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
B2B Portal Support :
Support the use of B2B portals for sales and customer service.
Marketing Activity Implementation :
Implement and execute local marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Competitor and Market Intelligence :
Gather competitor information and market trend data to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership (Externals) :
Depending on the role, may lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
