Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 04 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with a background in HR-Administration at a mid-level. This role is suited for a dynamic, agile individual who can manage internal financial operations akin to accounting practices, possesses excellent communication skills, and is service-minded.
Main Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement HR and administrative policies to support organizational needs and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage internal budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for operational needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, open communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Serve as the main point of contact for multiple stakeholders, managing relationships with diplomacy and tact.
- Adapt to ambiguous situations, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team to achieve high performance and service excellence.
Must-Have Skills and Experience :
At least one year of expatriate experience in India, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.A strong background in HR and Administration at a mid-level position.Proficiency in managing financial operations with an understanding of internal accounting practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution.A flexible mindset capable of dealing with grey areas and multiple stakeholders.Energetic and agile, with a proven track record of resilience and adaptability in challenging environments.Prefer to Have :
