END TO END HR RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary :

As an HR Executive at BSH Agritech, you will manage the end-to-end HR

activities for the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws

and regulations.

Responsibilities :

 Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to effectively

align HR strategies and programs with business objectives

 Execute and manage HR processes within the spectrum of recruitment, on

boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee

engagement, and policy compliance

 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity and

confidentiality

 Advise and counsel employees and managers on policies, procedures

and relevant labor laws

 Participate in and lead HR functional and cross-functional projects and

initiatives as necessary

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or

related field

 1 year of experience

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

 Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

 Experience with HR information systems and processes

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
