Key Objective :
To support the hotel's commercial success by managing strategic partnerships, marketing content, performance metrics, and brand compliance, while fostering collaboration and creativity in alignment with IHG brand standards and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Partnerships
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with partners to conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions .
2. Content Management
Monitor and manage Concerto content scores weekly to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Maintain the health and quality of OTA content , driving high visibility and conversion.Create, manage, and optimize packages on the hotel website to increase direct bookings.3. Campaigns and Initiatives
Plan and execute targeted workshops and Nano campaigns .Track and report progress on marketing and commercial priorities to ensure strategic alignment across departments.4. Performance Metrics and Reporting
Prepare and deliver weekly marketing performance reports , highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Ensure 100% compliance with IHG FMHS metrics , supported by monthly assessments and timely corrective actions.5. Budget Management
Assist in the preparation of the annual marketing budget , working closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.6. Continuous Improvement
Monitor and update IHG Fundamentals progress trackers monthly , supporting consistent operational and marketing excellence.Review the Commercial Priorities Dashboard , identifying areas requiring improvement or innovation.7. Communication
Lead internal communication efforts in coordination with the HR team to ensure alignment and engagement.Facilitate monthly marketing calls with the Director of Marketing to promote accountability and shared goals.8. Ad Hoc Activities
Respond to ad hoc requests, reports, and marketing activities to ensure smooth daily operations .Provide timely solutions to marketing-related issues and stakeholder queries.Key Skills and Competencies :
