Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales and Feet-on-Street (FOS) roles.
- Understand NBFC sales profiles, especially field sales executives .
- Source candidates via job portals, references, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments focused on sales competencies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and role expectations.
- Ensure quick turnaround on open positions while maintaining quality hires.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FOS candidates across geographies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Essential Skills / Competencies
Strong knowledge of NBFC hiring practices .Proven expertise in Feet-on-Street (FOS) recruitment .Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with efficiency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Minimum Qualifications
