Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales and Feet-on-Street (FOS) roles.
• Understand NBFC sales profiles, especially field sales executives .
• Source candidates via job portals, references, and local hiring channels.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments focused on sales competencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and role expectations.
• Ensure quick turnaround on open positions while maintaining quality hires.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FOS candidates across geographies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
