About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our placement consultancy. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience in recruitment. The role involves working closely with clients and candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and contributing to successful closures across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client specifications

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates

Follow up with candidates through the selection and onboarding process

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization is an advantage, but not mandatory)

0–5 years of experience in recruitment; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
