ServiceNow Developer - ITSM / ITOM Modules

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UI Builder, Custom App Development, and configuration of core modules such as ITOM / ITAM / ITSM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-centric applications and interfaces on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business workflows and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop responsive, intuitive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Build custom ServiceNow applications and components tailored to specific business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to extend or customize existing modules such as ITOM, ITAM, or ITSM.
• Integrate ServiceNow apps with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Implement dynamic pages, layouts, and widgets to create seamless UI experiences.
• Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and flows for automation.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure platform best practices.
• Optimize performance and ensure maintainability of ServiceNow apps and interfaces.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and ServiceNow admins to deliver high-quality solutions.
