Role : IAM Senior Engineer (IGA)

Overview

The IAM Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design, build, and documentation of all key elements of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) infrastructure and services as part of the overall identity security program.

This role is accountable for ensuring uniformity of services, adherence to standards, and consistency of infrastructure delivery. The IAM Senior Engineer will collaborate with application teams, architects, and external partners to deliver secure and compliant identity solutions.

The position focuses on designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

IGA Platform Engineering

• Design and configure IGA modules (preferably Saviynt), including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Request, Role Management, and Access Certification.
• Develop and maintain connectors for target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Customize workflows, rules, and policies using Beanshell scripting and JSON.
